Gorilla Garage Door Training does not offer refunds for cancellations. We are committed to delivering a high-quality educational experience, and your enrollment supports our efficient resource planning.

Rescheduling Policy

While refunds are not provided, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may arise. We are pleased to accommodate your needs by allowing you to reschedule your enrollment for a future class that better fits your schedule. Here’s how our rescheduling process works: If you need to cancel your enrollment in a class, please notify us in writing via email at [email protected] at least 5 days before the scheduled start date. We will then reserve a spot for you in one of our other trainings of your choice.
